*NEW* Country Heat Cardio Dance
Country Heat is a Beachbody dance format that was released in 2016 as a fun and easy cardio workout. Country Heat uses the hottest country songs to teach line dancing to anyone and everyone. It's about having fun and allowing yourself to turn up the heat. Instructor: Kari Trembath, instructs strength and cardio classes and is a certified Country Heat instructor. She enjoys meeting new people and building the camaraderie found in group fitness classes.

Group Cycle



Cycling is a great way to get in a vigorous workout, burn calories and keep your muscles in shape, especially during the off-season. Classes can be individualized by adjusting cycle speed and bike tension to fit your fitness level. Instructor: Peggy L. Kellems, Certified Cycle Instructor

Mat Pilates
Pilates is one of the most popular exercise systems in the country. Emphasis will be on alignment of the body through core strength, flexibility and breath patterns in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Finding Your Calm Yoga
Learn about the biology of our stress response and how breath and yoga can help release patterns of holding and bring more equanimity in your life of your mat as well. Class consists of intention setting, a warm up sequence, building to a challenging series of flows and poses, ending with holding postures and a long shavasana to allow your body to assimilate mind/body teachings from our time together. Class includes optional hands on adjustments for alignment and deepening, essential oils, and a mind/body theme each week building on the last. A perfect blend of challenge, self growth, nurturance, and deep relaxation. Instructor: Dr. Tamara Kraft, Bio-PhD somatic psychology, yoga alliance certified yoga teacher, holistic health coach
