Wrestling Camp (Ages 4 through Grade 8)

The Centennial Youth Wrestling Club is offering a preseason wrestling camp for all genders at any ability and experience level. Wrestling is the perfect foundation for all other sports. Wrestlers will develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, positioning, strength, speed, explosiveness, footwork, hustle, mental focus, mental toughness, core strength, concentration, competition, and endurance.
Safety is top priority; headgear and wrestling shoes are not required but encouraged. Wrestlers should wear t-shirt and shorts (without zippers or pockets), clean shoes and bring a water bottle.
There will be two sessions each night by age level so please register correctly. Come see what all the excitement is about and plan to have a great time!
The normal Centennial Youth Wrestling season will start the first week of November. All camp participants who also register for the normal season will receive a free t-shirt at the beginning of the season. For wrestling season registration, please visit http://www.centennialwrestling.org/
