    Walkers are invited to walk the halls of Centennial High School’s West Building 6-8 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 22 through March 31 (with a few exceptions).     Wristband Fitness Program. Purchase of wristband gets you admission into the following fitness classes. (Wristbands mailed out one week prior to first class) Country Blast Cardio Dance Country Blast is a fun and easy cardio workout. Country Blast uses the hottest country songs to teach line dancing to anyone and everyone. It's about having fun and allowing yourself to let loose. Instructor: Kari Trembath, instructs strength and cardio classes and is a certified instructor. She enjoys meeting new people and building the camaraderie found in group fitness classes. Mat Pilates Pilates is one of the most popular exercise systems in the country. Emphasis will be on alignment of the body through core strength, flexibility and breath patterns in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Experience can be modified for most fitness levels Bring a mat. Instructor: Peggy L. Kellems, Master Trainer Xabeat Join Kari to explore this new dance format. High intensity cardio and toning dance and fitness in a party like atmosphere. Steps are modified to be easy to follow.
