Mandatory Presentation: A presentation will be shared with adults prior to the first trip. This presentation must be reviewed with the student before the first trip. Link to video is in your course confirmation once registered.
Registration: Students can register for all 5 trips for $279. This fee includes transportation, chaperones, lift ticket and insurance. Registration deadline is Monday, December 1 at 8 am to receive the package price. No refunds after the deadline. Priority is given to students registering for all five trips. Partial refunds are not available for the package price. Students may register for individual trips providing space availability starting Monday, December 1 at noon.
Have a Season Pass?: Season pass holders: Trollhaugen $239, Wild Mountain $209.
Individual Trips: $69 Registration for individual trips will remain open until the Tuesday before the trip, space permitting.
There must be a minimum of 40 students to run this activity. After 80 students, registrations taken as long as there is space on available buses. Registrations taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Equipment Rental:
If bringing your own equipment, please properly label with your name. It would be helpful if you could bundle everything and put it in a ski/snowboard bag. This makes transportation and identification much easier.

Lessons:We strongly encourage beginners to sign up for a ski/snowboard lesson, available at Wild Mountain. Lessons need to be scheduled and paid for through their Snow Sports Department in advance. To schedule your Wild Mountain lesson please email nathan@wildmountain.com. Wild Mountain does not allow onsite sign up or payment for lessons.
Transportation:We will leave the Middle School parking lot promptly at 2 p.m. on the day of the trip. Please stay with your student until the buses have arrived for loading.
When you drop off/ pick up your student(s) at the middle school, please DO NOT park in the loading area in front of the school where the buses will be arriving to unload. Late pick up may result in your student being removed from the ski/snowboard club with no refund. If students have cell phones we do ask them to send a text when we are in Forest Lake to alert parents of pick up time, otherwise please arrive for pick up at 9 pm.
Refunds:Refunds will not be given for students who miss a trip; however, you can request a lift ticket voucher BEFORE the trip is taken. Vouchers must be requested by the Tuesday before the trip week. No vouchers will be issued for students who have not communicated with Community Education by the Tuesday before the trip. Lift ticket vouchers are good for the season at the location for which you cancelled.
Chaperones will be Centennial School District staff and parents. If you are interested in chaperoning, please email Cori Sendle at csendle@isd12.org. Please email by November 15 if you are interested in chaperoning. Chaperones receive a free lift ticket and rental if needed. Chaperones are required to ride the bus. See the Chaperone FAQ HERE
