  1. Fees must accompany all registrations in order to hold your spot in class.
  2. Partial fee assistance is available for qualified individuals. Please contact 763-792-6100 to inquire.
  3. UCare Members may be eligible for up to a $15 discount. Include your member ID number and legal name exactly as it appears on your card when registering. Must be a UCare member at the start of the class to receive discount. Inquire with UCare for program details.
  4. Register as soon as possible. Many classes fill quickly. Often, instructors need to order supplies. Help ensure that your class has enough students by registering at least 10 days prior to the start date. Registrations are accepted first-come, first-served in-person, by US Mail, phone, drop-box, and online.
  5. A confirmation of registration is sent via email when an email address is provided. If no email is provided, and you have followed the registration process, assume you are in the class. You will only be notified if your class is canceled, changed or full.
  6. What happens if Community Education cancels a class? All fees are refunded if a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment or filled before we receive your registration. Classes are canceled 5-7 days prior to start date if there is insufficient enrollment. Avoid the disappointment of class cancelations by registering early. We attempt to reach all registrants and will be responsible to communicate cancelation only to those who provide all contact numbers and email addresses.
  7. What if I want a refund?  Call 763-792-6100 as soon as possible.
    • Most activities require a 5-business day notice before first class to receive a refund, minus a $10 processing fee, unless otherwise noted in the description, such as for adult trips, which generally require a 30-day notice. There may be an option to transfer your registration to a different class in the same activity guide.
    • After 5-business days before first class, no refunds or credits as financial commitments based on enrollment are made to instructors and supplies have been purchased.
    • Driver Education classes require a 5-business day notice prior to first class with a $20 processing fee.
    • Once a class has begun, no refund or credit is given.
    • No refunds for Behind-the-Wheel instruction due to MN Law and the rules governed with obtaining a permit.
    • No refunds for missed classes.  Missing a BTW session will result in a no-show fee.
  8. Students must pay any supply costs either built in to the class fee or payable to the instructor. Discounts are calculated after supply fee is deducted from class fee.
  9. Inclement Weather: When school is released early due to inclement weather, after school and evening classes are canceled. If school is closed for the day, classes are canceled. We will make every attempt to re-schedule; otherwise, a refund provided for most classes. Visit for school closing or delayed start announcements. Families with students enrollment in the Centennial School District will also receive an alert notification through the District's SchoolMessenger communication system.
