Kids Club is a certified, fee-based childcare program provided by ISD #12 - Centennial Community Education.  

• We serve families and students year-round through a choice-based program; where students can choose to participate in unique creative and academic experiences, social-emotional learning, and physical activity offerings.
  
• We offer two separate childcare seasons: one season is for Pre-K and K - 5 care provided during the School Year; the other season is Summer C.A.M.P for children entering grades K-6 in the Fall.
  
  
• We are located at each Elementary school during the academic year, and condensed sites over the summer. See Sites, Hours, and Info
• We use Character Strong curriculum to work on social emotional skills by teaching students about the following character traits: respect, responsibility, gratitude, empathy, perseverance, honesty, cooperation, courage and creativity.
  
• We work in partnership with parents, caregivers, and their child(ren) to make their experiences happy, productive, and safe.
  
  
• We meet the standards for school-age childcare set by State of Minnesota guidelines, in order to provide the highest quality program. See Program Handbook

** PROGRAM REGISTRATION **

Families must register each child, each season.  Submit registrations through your Eleyo account.

Space is limited for all sites!  All Kids Club registrations are entered as Pending, and are accepted as space allows.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee(s) and Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit(s) are charged at time of acceptance of your enrollment. $100 tuition deposit applied to your first invoice (and after, until depleted). 

** SUMMER C.A.M.P. 2026  **  

Please check our Kids Club website for enrollment window rates, lottery process, registration details, and all program information regarding Summer 2026 C.A.M.P.!  Summary as follows:

• 2026 Summer CAMP (K-6) Registration: Opens in February!
  
  • Current Families and Summer 2025 participants: February 16- March 1  
  • Non-Current families and those that missed Window 1 - will open in the following windows (as space allows): 
    • March 9 - 22 
    • March 23-April 30
    • May 1- July 19. 

REQUIREMENTS: Summer Kids Club C.A.M.P. runs during the summer and is for children who will be enrolled and planning to attend kindergarten through 6th grade that upcoming September. Students must be able to use the restroom independently.

• (K-5) Registration: Opens in March!
  • Current Families enrolling in K-5 programming - open March 30 - April 12
  • Non-Current families and those that missed Window 1 - open in the following windows (as space allows):
    • April 27 - May 10 
    • May 11 - and ongoing

Registration is still open for the current school year for PreK and K-5 Kids Club. 

To best assist all families, we ask that you:

1. Review offered Programs, Policies, and Contract Billing Procedures on our Information and Hours page. 
2. Determine if your request for childcare meets minimum requirements and follows enrollment windows.

3. Complete and Submit your K-5 registration on Eleyo by selecting your Season and Site below (Or, for Pre-K Kids Club Program here)
   

After submitting your online registration:

• Your contract request will enter "Pending" status.
• Our team reviews all new registration requests and will notify you of space available at your child/ren's school site.
• Registration fee(s) are charged at the time of your contract acceptance.

Key Points of Kids Club SCHOOL YEAR enrollment: 

• Enrolling for before school care requires a minimum of 2 days 
• Enrolling for after school care requires a minimum of 2 days
• Schedules must be consistently the same weekdays from week to week. 
• Drop In and Non-School day care are options for currently enrolled families, only 
• Student participants must be able to safely engage in a choice-based environment, and use the restroom independently
• Kids Club Contract Invoices are billed monthly by the 15th, and due by the 1st (prior to receiving childcare)
• County Childcare Assistance (CCAP) is accepted, with documented eligibility
• All schedule changes (known as contract changes) are subject to a $25 contract change fee per contract
• All contract changes require a two-week advanced notice, either by requesting the change using your family's Eleyo account or by emailing kidsclub@isd12.org
• When requesting a contract be canceled/withdrawn, we require a two-week advanced notice, either by requesting the withdrawal using your family's Eleyo account or be emailing kidsclub@isd12.org
• Lack of attendance is not an accepted form of notification for contract change or cancellation
