Class registration for the 25-26 school year will open May 15, with the placement lottery taking place June 1. Class information can be found at earlychildhood.isd12.org.

Discover the secrets to working with buttercream and ganache drip, and practice essential decorating skills such as piping, applying sprinkle decoration, and adding the perfect finishing touches. By the end of this course, you'll be able to design, bake, and decorate custom cakes, perfect for celebrations or simply enjoying the sweet rewards of your skills. Each participant will leave the course with a 6" round cake!
