Before and after school care for students enrolled in Centennial Preschool
Prerequisite: Passed Red Cross Level 3 or equivalent skills, able to swim one length front crawl and demonstrate basic diving principles.
Designed for children between the ages of 9-13 wanting to try diving or to work on diving techniques. Learn basic techniques such as approach, hurdle, height and entry on dives, as well as dry-land training for refining each technique.
