DASH Sports Summer Lacrosse camps provide participants a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp, helmets, gloves and mouth guards are not required but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Participants should wear sunscreen, athletic clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle and snack.
