Join us for the 29th Annual Golden Lake Gallop on Saturday, July 24. The Gallop is open to runners and walkers of all ages. Those who prefer 5K and 10K races, use one or both of the Gallop races to develop different paces. This is a fun run – no age group divisions, recognition for top five finishers of each gender in the two, four and .5 mile runs. Race activities will be held in Golden Lake Park Pavillion one, 53 W. Golden Lake Rd. Circle Pines. Gallop Coordinators: Ryan and Mike Evans Entry Fees: $20 with t-shirt or $10 without. Please include t-shirt size when registering. Proceeds help support the Centennial High School track program. To guarantee a 29th annual t-shirt, participant must pre-register at least one (1) week before race. Limited amount of extra shirts available on race day, first come first served. Registrations taken the day of the event, however pre-registration preferred. #8500 Schedule: 8:30 am 4-mile run Twice around the lake 9 am 2-mile walk Once around the lake. Ages 13+, or 12 and under accompanied by an adult 9 am 2-mile run Once around the lake 9:15 am 2x1 mile relay teams Boys and girls entering grades 4-7. Each person runs 1 mile or half way around the lake. If you don't have a partner, we will pair you at the beginning of the relay. 9:15 am 2x1 parent/child relay team Parent with child entering grades 4-7 9:45 am 1/2 mile fun run Boys and girls ages 11 and younger. Course runs around the Golden Lake Park.
