Lifeguard Training (15+)

Winter 2025

Pre-requisite: Minimum 15 years of age and successful completion of preliminary swimming skills and endurance test.

Provides knowledge and skills to save lives in an emergency. Fee includes cost of CPR for the Professional Rescuer Course and Standard First Aid Course (requirements), book and equipment rental. Those who pass are certified in Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. First day is pre-requisite testing and material pick up. Bring a lunch. Attendance at all dates required.
