A great beginner class! Levels 0 & 1. Ninjas develop strength and agility during these 5, 6 or 8 week long courses by learning different styles and techniques to master all ninja inspired obstacles and challenges! This class will primarily be on the small side of the gym (also on warped wall and area of the large side), specifically set up for the beginner level . Once you've mastered the basic techniques and challenges, you can move up to level 2/3, which is on the big side of the gym. 

Increase flexibility, problem-solving and coordination that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances. All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer.
