Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is open for remaining seats. Approvals take place the first working day of each month.
Class registration for the 25-26 school year will open May 15, with the placement lottery taking place June 1. Class information can be found at earlychildhood.isd12.org.

Welcome to Centennial Middle School Wrestling. Looking for 6-8th graders to come join us this season! Wrestling builds endurance, strength and agility improving athlete performance in all other sports. Wrestlers develop self-confidence and discipline as they work toward individual and team goals. Come see what all the excitement is about! Practice is Monday through Friday from 3-4:45 pm, but those taking the activity bus home will be dismissed at 4:30, and are excused from Friday practices, as the activity busses run Monday through Thursday. Competitions will start mid-November with typically one per week. Busing will be provided from the middle school to meets. Parents will need to set up rides home if not attending the meet.
