Gain hands-on experience with everything from selecting ingredients and mastering baking techniques to leveling, filling, and frosting cakes with a flawless finish. Discover the secrets to working with buttercream and ganache drip, and practice essential decorating skills such as piping, applying sprinkle decoration, and adding the perfect finishing touches. By the end of this course, you'll be able to design, bake, and decorate custom cakes, perfect for celebrations or simply enjoying the sweet rewards of your skills. Each participant will leave the course with a 6" round cake!
